5. Self-Exclusion: You are not currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on 536jl or any PAGCOR-regulated platform. Registering or attempting to register while subject to a self-exclusion order is a serious breach of these Terms.
6. Own Identity: You are registering using your own true identity and will not act on behalf of any third party. You will not allow any other person to access or use your 536jl account.

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

536jl is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You will be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID, a proof of address document (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months), and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. 536jl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 536jl Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 536jl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available to all account holders at no cost. You must notify 536jl support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 536jl will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active 536jl account only. If 536jl identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — all associated accounts will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be voided, and all bonus funds will be forfeited. Any winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be confiscated. 536jl uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

536jl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. 536jl reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time and will provide reasonable notice to players where practicable.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 for GCash and PayMaya e-wallet transactions.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are reflected in your 536jl balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect, subject to the processing times of the respective bank.
• 536jl does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which 536jl accepts no liability.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes of the withdrawal request being approved.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and will only be converted to real cash balance upon fulfilment of the applicable wagering requirements.

5.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

536jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the change. Players are advised to read the full terms of any promotion before opting in.

Specific rules for individual game types — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, Andar Bahar, MG Live tables, and sports betting — are available within each game or betting market and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.1 Game Fairness

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

• Registering as or impersonating another person, or providing false identity information during the registration or KYC process.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of privileged non-public information in connection with sports betting markets.

All content on the 536jl platform — including but not limited to the 536jl brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other original works — is the exclusive property of 536jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Your use of the 536jl platform does not grant you any ownership rights or licences in respect of any intellectual property belonging to 536jl or its third-party providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 536jl platform without the express written consent of 536jl.

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from your inability to access or use the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, system outages, or circumstances beyond 536jl's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Losses resulting from your reliance on incorrect odds, scores, or market data where such information was provided in good faith and subsequently corrected.
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or telecommunications providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 536jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 536jl reserves the right to withhold and void the account balance, including any pending withdrawals, pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to the 536jl support team. Account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 536jl, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through 536jl's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms. By agreeing to these Terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from your use of the 536jl platform.

536jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements, changes to the 536jl platform or its services, industry best practice updates, or operational and security improvements.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, 536jl will provide notice to active account holders via email to the registered address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the 536jl platform, at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. For minor or non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights — 536jl may update the Terms without prior notice.

Your continued use of the 536jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
